If there was a 4F grade of hair it would be mine! I have 2 -3 different textures / coils and it is very coarse. I wear my hair relatively short and natural. This moisturizer works better than most that I have tried. I have to use it the next day, so it doesnt last 3 days. However, I have to admit I did not buy the shampoo, so i am not sure how acurate this review is. It does leave my hair very soft and easier to manage. I will keep using and will buy again.
