I ordered the product, was charged $5.99 for 2 day shipping – this does not mean one will receive the product in 2 days – this is when it will ship once the order has been placed. The package was never delivered on the day it was to arrive, even though I waited all day. The following day I left home, and upon my arrival I had a door tag reflecting he FedEx person came to my apt., and I wasn’t home – the package was not left outside my door. I called FedEx and was told they would make another attempt the upcoming Monday, since their 1st attempt was on a Friday, and FedEx is closed on Saturday. I stayed home all day Saturday, and when I was leaving later that night, there was another door tag reflecting FedEx attempted and I was not home. I called FedEx and asked why the package was delivered on a Saturday and I was not informed of the delivery attempt, and why was the package not left by the door and I was home all day? The rep., said, they just put it on the truck hoping to have it delivered. REALLY! The FedEx person has a key to our complex, but still didn’t leave the package. Two days later I had to pickup the package at a location. I’d recommend using UPS in the future, please?
The product works magic for my naturally, fine, ever-tangled hair. I cannot believe the slip, how moisturized my hair is after four days! I was skeptical because our water is very HARD and I have tried ALL products I read about online with absolutely no results! The 3 day moisturizer does it’s job! I just purchased three more items including the 3 days moisture – I never want to run low on this magic! I will give an update. Today is my birthday, so I pray I will receive my products on time to have my hair looking as gorgeous as the 3 days moisture has it looking days after using. I’m super excited! Please, please, don’t change the ingredients – sometimes companies get arrogant once they receive glowing reviews and then then mess up!
