This product does what it says it will do. It certaintly keeps the hair moisturized or rather locks it in. I will say that I wish it came in larger containers because you do use a fair amount however my hair is pretty dense. Also you do have to work it into the hair or hit it with a difusser to get ride of the white product on the shaft. But a few seconds with the diffusser does the trick for me
