I was skeptical at first, I’m a bit of product junkie and most moisturizers just don’t have a “wow” effect on newly natural hair. Plus my hair has never responded well to products that have shea butter. I have a TWA that is always dry-looking and my crown would never curl. I never write reviews but after using this product for a week I have definitely noticed a difference in my moisture retention…can’t keep my hands out my hair. As to the shea butter, my hair doesn’t feel like the product is just sitting on top of my hair, making my hair feel greasy and stiff. I put a little on my finger and I immediately thought “hey, this one might be different”. It feels moisturizing but not heavy, when rubbing between the fingers you can tell that it is water-based. I’ve been fighting dryness so today is the first day I haven’t applied it as part of my daily moisturizing routine and my coils are springy and moisturized and do not feel heavy or greasy. Here’s my routine (I have hard water):
1) Prepoo w/ conditioner and Henna Sooq Argan Oil Rosemary Rhassoul Mudmix
2) Clarify w/ Redken Hair Cleansing Cream Shampoo and follow w/ Sweet Ginger Cleansing Rinse
3) DC (trying new products)
4) Apply leave-in mix of Darcy’s Daily Leave-In Conditioner and water
5) Apply dime size amount of Keravada Creme Brulee
6. Apply dime size amount of grapeseed oil
So far I absolutely LOOOOOVE this product. It’s replaced Camille Rose Hair Milk as my favorite moisturizer. Please don’t ever change this formula. Can’t wait to try the Keravada cowash!

So I absolutely love this product. I shampood with hydromax and used souffl to condition. I did add oil afterwards. My hair melted. I haven’t taken my twists out yet but I can tell my hair appreciated the moisture. I had people smelling my hair all day!!!!!
