Great product!! I’ve held off on trying Keravada for months because I am in the middle of transitioning my hair. But now that my new growth has gained enough length, I decided to place my order and I was not disappointed. This product lived up to it’s reputation. My curls have so much definition, and it looks like it’s even bringing life to my usually dull looking hair and it helps show a distinct difference at my line of demarcation. I can tell once I chop off my straight ends, this product is going to be a dream!! I definitely will be purchasing it again.

I have ordered this product as well as the co wash and LOVED it!! But I am a little agitated because I ordered it on 2/5/16 and didn’t receive it until 2/17/16! Despite the 2 emails I sent Keravada didn’t respond back to me until 2/17/16 when they knew by USPS that I received it . Your care for prompt customer service needs improvement. After waiting 15 days for the products I receive them and the Creme Brulee smells awful. I’m thinking maybe I’m wrong, so I go to what’s left of my original bottle and that still smells wonderful. I was unhappy about the wait time but now I’m really not happy! You can have a wonder product but if your customer service stinks and you product stinks you will loose customers. Just my 2 cents.
