I have 4C hair (it’s extremely coarse), my daughter has 3B hair, and my wife is a 2C, believe it or not this works for ALL of us. Normally we spend about $60 a month buying us all separate hair products, but now we all can use the same thing. For my daughter it moisturize her curls without making them feel gritty or heavy, AND it stops her hair from frizzing.
